Adrian Peterson turns back the hands of time during this 64-yard touchdown run

In NFL years, 33-year-old running back Adrian Peterson is considered an old man. No, he doesn’t have much of that big-play ability like he did in his prime years.

However, the 2012 NFL MVP still has some tread on those tires, and the New York Giants’ defense witnessed this on Peterson’s 64-yard touchdown run.

With a 13-6 lead late in the fourth quarter, Peterson took the handoff and ran nearly untouched en route to his 64-yard touchdown. You also have to give Washington’s offensive line credit for carving out space for Peterson. When Peterson switches into that second gear, no one is catching him.

Peterson ran the ball 26 times for 149 yards and one score. He also collected a seven-yard touchdown run against in this game. There’s no stopping Peterson.
