Sunday, Feb. 4

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Camden Strandberg (18 points), Brenna Woodbury (15 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 5 steals) and Reese Bartlett (11 points) starred in Bridgewater-Raynham's 50-36 win over Milton.

BOYS HOCKEY

Marshfield defeated Tewksbury, 4-1, in the Ed Burns Tournament semifinals. Tommy Carroll scored two goals.

Canton's Brendan Tourgee scored the winning goal in double-overtime to lift the Bulldogs to a 4-3 win over Hingham in the Ed Burns Tournament.

Saturday, Feb. 3

BOYS HOCKEY

Scituate's James Sullivan netted a hat trick in the first period as the Sailors defeated Bridgewater-Raynham, 7-3, on the road. Nate Sanella, Dylan Richman, Michael Chatterton and Luke Ryan scored in the win, and freshman goaltender Mark Francis played well.

Five Norwell players scored (Nolan Petrucelli, Quinn Simmons, Connor Vinton, Matt Cerutti and Sean Gould) as the Clippers shutout Cohasset/Hull, 5-0. Goaltender Will Devaney earned the clean sheet and Ryan Johnson also played well in the win.

Southeastern's Cam Wilbur scored twice in the Hawks' 5-2 win over Stoughton/Brockton. Paul Medeiros and Jake McSweeney scored in the loss.

Sophomore Ryan Conway tallied 2 goals and 1 assists as Pembroke defeated Silver Lake, 5-1. Colin Blake (1 assist), Jacob Packard and Ryan Bradley also scored. Brandon Perry and Michael Shaughnessy had three assists each, and Nathan Hackett had one. Goaltenders Shawn McSweeney and Kyle Ready both spent time in net for the Titans. Braden Steidinger scored for the Lakers.

Archbishop Williams defeated Bishop Fenwick, 10-0.

Whitman-Hanson defeated Quincy, 7-0.

Sam Steinman scored seven goals and had an assist in Middleboro's 8-4 win over Abington. Hunter Grafton had two goals and an assist in the loss.

Anthony Rabeni posted a shutout as Duxbury tied North Quincy, 0-0.

Christian Bates scored the tying goal in the third period and then netted the winner with 15 seconds remaining in West Bridgewater/East Bridgewater's 6-5 win over Minuteman. Bates had two goals and two assists. Everett Reddington scored his first varsity goal. Evan Brew and Matt Whitaker each had a goal and two assists.

GIRLS HOCKEY

Abby Gropman scored the lone goal, and Emma Russo performed well, as West/East Bridgewater suffered a 3-1 loss to Dennis-Yarmouth.

Sophie Schiller and Jackie King scored in Hanover's 2-1 win over Whitman-Hanson/Silver Lake. Grace Monahan sealed the Panthers' victory in net. Lakers' junior Chloe Duff found the back of the net, assisted by Cam Dematos and Jules Connors, in the loss.

Colleen Samsone scored as Archbishop Williams settled a 1-1 tie against Sandwich.

Anna Rice and Mary Sargent find the back for Weymouth in a 2-1 win over Needham. Sargent also picked up an assist.

Molly Murphy delivered a hat trick and goaltender Lila Chamoun made 19 saves to lead Milton to a 4-0 win over Brookline. Nayeli Thayer also added a goal for the Wildcats (12-3),

Addie Harrington, Reese Porter and Addie Metzler scored in Duxbury's 7-1 triumph over North Quincy.

Hingham defeated Pembroke, 6-3.

SWIMMING

Duxbury girls (256.5) placed first at the Patriot League championships, followed by Marshfield/Hanover (222), Scituate (188), Hingham (185.5), Quincy (147), Plymouth (121), Silver Lake/Whitman-Hanson (61) and Pembroke (53).

Duxbury diver Matthew Cristofaro set a new school record of 502 points at the Patriot League championships.

Friday, Feb. 2

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Abington's Ella Williamson scored her 1,000th career point in a 51-45 road loss to Carver. Williamson finished with 19 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. A three-year varsity starter, she's the eighth girls player in school history to reach the milestone and the first since Jenny Worden in 2017. Madison McDonald had a double-double (10 points, 11 rebounds) for the Green Wave (5-11), and Rebecca Rix (11 rebounds, 4 blocks) and Savvy Eriksen (12 points, 4 assists) also starred.

Weymouth's Megan Doyle had 28 points and 13 rebounds, and Callie Flynn added 14 points and 13 boards in a 54-49 home win over Needham that pushed the Wildcats' record to 11-4. Macy Lippincott added 6 points and 10 rebounds in the victory.

Bridgewater-Raynham's Camden Strandberg (13 points, 4 rebounds) and Brenna Woodbury (9 points, 8 rebounds) starred in a 34-30 win over defending Div. 1 state champ Andover. Reese Bartlett chipped in with 6 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals for B-R (11-3). The Trojans held the Golden Warriors (12-3) without a field goal over the final 7:15.

Brockton's Nevaeh King (11 points, 11 rebounds, 4 steals, 3 assists, 3 blocks), Tajeiha Madison (10 rebounds, 10 rebounds, 7 steals, 2 assists) and Sunali Carter (9 points, 6 rebounds) sparked a 35-32 come-from-behind win over Durfee.

Whitman-Hanson sophomores Jenna Mishou (11 rebounds) and Dylan Hurley each scored a game-high 18 points to lead the Panthers (12-1, 11-1 Patriot League) to a 59-50 win over Hingham.

Pembroke's Alissa Marcella scored 31 points in a 70-66 win over North Quincy. Caroline Balasco (13 points) and Fay D'Angelo (9) also contributed for the Titans (11-5). Ava Bryan hit five 3-pointers en route to 23 points NQ, and Maeve Powers (20 points), Autumn O'Campos (9 points) and Mary Saccoach (7 points) also contributed.

Norwell's Maddie Oliver had 19 points and 8 rebounds in a 66-30 road win over Rockland. Also starring for the Clippers (13-1): Alex Cassidy (14 points, 7 rebounds), Reagan Dowd (8 points, 8 rebounds, 5 steals) and Tess Murray (9 points).

Plymouth North's Sophia Allen (17 points) drained the winning 3-pointer with 19 seconds left to beat Duxbury, 47-45. Jasmyne Fillippini and Mackenzie Hohulin each added 10 points for the Eagles.

East Bridgewater beat Middleboro, 61-38. In the loss, the Sachems (8-7) were led by Natalie Kerstein (13 points) and Hailey Iwanski (11).

Oliver Ames' Avery Gamble scored 23 points in a 71-47 win over Stoughton. Sarah Hilliard (15 points) and Kam Derba (11) also starred for OA.

Cohasset's Reese HansenNatalia Kluza and Angelina Grimes led the Skippers to a 29-25 road win over Mashpee.

Silver Lake's Kelsi Lanza had 13 point and 13 rebounds in a 56-34 home win over Marshfield.

Duxbury lost to Plymouth North, 47-45, on the road, despite 11 points from Lyla Peters and 10 from Hailey Flynn.

Braintree lost to Walpole, 54-51, as Ava MacDonald scored 10 points.

Archbishop Williams' Ellie Jackson scored 15 points in a 69-40 road loss to St. Mary's (Lynn). The Bishops are 5-9.

Thayer Academy's Cassidy Mullin scored 14 points in a 45-36 loss to Rivers.

Hanover's Mary Kate Flynn had 15 points and 14 rebounds, and Noey Giardina added 11 points as the Hawks (10-3) qualified for the playoffs with a 55-43 win over Plymouth South.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Abington's Connor Pease had 27 points and 6 rebounds as the Green Wave clinched sole possession of the South Shore League Tobin Division crown with a 64-50 road win over Carver. Tyler Staiti (15 points), Kingston Maxwell (13 points, 7 rebounds) and Jackie Mcsharry (6 points, 8 rebounds) also starred for Abington (11-5, 10-1), which got strong defense from Jack Reilly and Will LeBlanc. In the loss, Tyler Lennox led Carver (8-6, 6-6) with 20 points.

Archbishop Williams' Collin Waldron hit seven 3-pointers en route to a game-high 26 points as the Bishops clinched a second straight Catholic Central League crown with a 67-58 home win over St. Mary's (Lynn). Tristan Rodriquez (15 points) and Tommy McDonagh (12 points, 10 rebounds) also starred for Archies (7-7).

Whitman-Hanson captains Ryan Baker (19 points) and Evan Yakavonis (15 points) starred in a 70-49 home win over Hingham that clinched the Patriot League Keenan Division crown. Blake Belcher added 13 points for the Panthers (13-2, 11-1), who have won 12 straight.

Scituate's Michael Porter scored 30 points in a 63-41 road win over Quincy. Brian Good (8 points, 9 rebounds) and Roman Glowac (6 points, 13 rebounds) also starred for the Sailors (14-3, 11-1 Patriot League).

Pembroke beat North Quincy, 75-64, on the road behind 20 points from Matthew Delcore and 18 from Thomas Halloran. The Titans are 9-5 overall (8-4 Patriot League). NQ (4-10) was led by Hunter Wood (career-high 25 points) and Kobe Nguyen (20 points).

Braintree's Theo Moore scored 12 points, and Ethan Elie and Jared Coughlin each added 10 in a 47-46 road win over Walpole. The Wamps are 9-5.

Holbrook's Armani Perkins (24 points) and Odens Massillon (23) starred in an 88-46 win over Calvary Chapel. Cam Campbell added 19 points for the Bulldogs (11-4). Calvary's Seamus Hanlon had 25 points in the loss.

Plymouth South's Justin LaChance had 23 points and 6 assists, and Logan Volkringer had a double-double (19 points, 11 rebounds) in a 65-56 road win over Hanover. Aidan Morrow sealed the win with four late free throws for the Panthers (8-6). Tyler Vincent led Hanover with 25 points, and James Ritchie (11) and Ryan Mutschler (10) also contributed for the Hawks (9-4).

Middleboro edged East Bridgewater, 56-55, at home to improve to 9-4. EB (9-6) was led by Aiden Flaherty (16 points, 12 rebounds), Dylan Kaplinger (16 points, 10 rebounds) and Aidan Toomey (15 points, strong defense).

Duxbury's Zach Falls and Liam Burns each scored 14 points, and Spencer Moore chipped in 10 in a 61-46 win over Plymouth North, which got 15 points from Troy Chase.

Southeastern's Tristan Ortega scored 18 points, and Seth Hayes added 16 in a 67-49 win over Seekonk.

Randolph's Jayden Codio scored 13 points in a 54-41 home win over Sandwich for the Blue Devils (5-9).

Rising Tide Charter's Ian Thompson scored 7 points in a 44-14 loss to Falmouth Academy.

Silver Lake's Jeremy Leonard scored 17 points, and Ethan Borgesen had 13 of his 16 points in the fourth quarter in a 59-57 win over Marshfield.

Cardinal Spellman lost to Cathedral, 70-65, in Catholic Central League action. Marvin Petit-Frere and Jay'von DePina both had 18 points for the Cardinals (5-10), and Matt O'Donnell scored 13.

Stoughton's Aiden Rideout had 13 points in a 57-48 loss to Oliver Ames.

Weymouth's Edric Louissaint had 26 points in a 73-61 loss to Needham.

Cohasset's Jack Cullinan scored 9 of his 32 points in overtime to key a 58-51 win over Mashpee. Luke Moore (12 points) and Will Henle (10) also contributed for the Skippers.

GYMNASTICS

Sienna Besser won the all-around with a score of 35.5 to lead Hingham/Hull to a 132.85-127.15 win over Whitman-Hanson/Duxbury. Besser won vault (9.25), bars (8.4) and floor exercise (8.8) and was second on beam (9.05). Emma McKeon of W-H/Duxbury was second in the all-around (33.95); she won beam (9.55) and was second on vault (9.2) and bars (8.2). Elizabeth Schembri of Hingham/Hull was third in the all-around (32.65).

Thursday, Feb. 1

BOYS BASKETBALL

Holbrook's Armani Perkins scored 21 points in a 63-60 road win over West Bridgewater. Odens Massillon (14 points), Allen Brown (13) and Cam Campbell (9) also contributed for the Bulldogs (10-4).

South Shore Tech's Ben Torndorf scored 15 points in a 53-45 win over Cape Cod Regional. Tyrin MacDonald (14 points) and Caleb Hawkins (12) also contributed for the Vikings (4-11, 3-2 Mayflower).

Blue Hills beat Diman, 56-41, behind a combined 37 points from sophomore Dom Capaccioli (21 points) and senior Elijah Dumornay (16). The Warriors are 13-1.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Blue Hills' Ally Johnson scored 23 points in a 38-37 win over Diman. Bridget Devine added 8 points and 5 blocks for the Warriors (10-3, 6-1 Mayflower), and Jenna Lehane had a key steal that she converted into a layup in the fourth quarter.

Quincy's Alyssa Hopps scored 19 points, and Niamh Gendron added 13 in a 58-27 win over Scituate. Frankie Diaz chipped in with 10 points for the Presidents (13-3). The Sailors were led by Louisa Kinsley (9 points, 3 steals, 3 blocks) and Jennifer Scanlon (8 points).

Hanover's Mary Kate Flynn had 12 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Hawks (9-3) to a 37-27 non-league home win over Falmouth.

Fontbonne Academy's Alana MacLean scored 9 points in a 50-43 loss to Malden Catholic. Lilly Blow (8 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals) and Emma Jolley (8 points, 3 rebounds) also contributed for the Ducks (9-5).

GIRLS INDOOR TRACK & FIELD

Whitman-Hanson's Victoria Sheehan won the 55 meters in 7.86 seconds and was second in the long jump at 14-7.5 in a 67-33 loss to Hingham. Also for the Panthers, Willa McKay won the 300m in a PR of :46.01 and was third in the high jump at 4-6, matching her career best. Senior Savannah Kamperides ran the 1,000m for the first time since her freshman year and won in a PR of 3:29.32; she also was second in the shot put (22-9). Hingham got wins from Catherine Salem (:9.67 in the 55m), Ellie McKay (PR 6:01.99 in the mile), Kaitlyn Truong (15-4 in the long jump) and the 4x200m relay of Jasai Shakespeare, Angelina Palek, Catherine Salem and Kate Hall (1:53.44).

Pembroke clinched the Patriot League Fisher Division championship with a 76-18 win over Plymouth South.

BOYS INDOOR TRACK & FIELD

Hingham's A.J. Barrett (high jump), Will Matthews (600m), Colin McNamara (55m, 300m) and Matt McCarthy (600m) starred in a 78-22 win over Whitman-Hanson.

Pembroke clinched the Patriot League Fisher Division championship with a 60-40 win over Plymouth South.

GYMNASTICS

Kenzie Mackinaw won the all-around with a score of 35.65 to lead Pembroke/Silver Lake to a 133.3-131.85 win over Hanover. Mackinaw won vault (9.0), bars (8.85), beam (8.6) and floor exercise (9.2). Hanover's Jadyn Molloy (33.15) and Riley Clarke (32.95) finished 2-3 in the all-around.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

GIRLS HOCKEY

Whitman-Hanson/Silver Lake defeated West Bridgewater/East Bridgewater, 5-1, as Hayden Mathias scored her first varsity goal. Cam Dematos had a goal and two assists. Jules Connors had a hat trick. Abby Gropman scored in the loss.

Lainey Burns and Bella Burns scored in Norwell/Scituate/Abington's 3-2 loss to King Philip.

Hingham's Reese Pompeo, Hannah Lasch, Alexa Harris and Addy Garrity scored in a 4-2 win over Plymouth North/South. The Harborwomen are 10-5-1.

Duxbury defeated Hanover, 6-0, as Caylee Higgins and Liv Gleason scored their first career varsity goals.

Kathryn Freeman scored two goals as Braintree tied Wellesley, 4-4. Callie Burchill and Nora Shea had the other goals.

Milton defeated Needham, 2-1, as Lila Chamoun made 34 saves. Mary Lovett and Maggie Mullen each had one goal. The win qualifies the Wildcats for the state tournament.

Marshfield defeated Quincy/North Quincy, 4-1.

Kate Sullivan had two goals and an assist in Thayer Academy's 5-3 win over Brooks. Morgan McGathey had a goal and two assists.

BOYS HOCKEY

Silver Lake defeated Quincy, 6-0, behind a shutout from Andy Renner and six different goal scorers (Jacob Bateman, Pat Murphy, Cole Hingston, Ryan Russo, Cam Cardarelli and Brandon Steidinger).

Evan Shea, Connor Vinton, Joe Perniola, Nolan Petrucelli, Sean Gould and Bohdin Smith (first varsity goal) all scored in Norwell's 6-0 win over West Bridgewater/East Bridgewater.

Down 5-2 heading into the third period, Duxbury rallied with six goals in the third period for an 8-5 win over Plymouth South. Will Atallah and Liam Kailher both scored two goals.

Luke Tropeano tallied his 100th career point and set up Zach Boss' overtime winner in Whitman-Hanson's 2-1 win over North Quincy. Nolan Munroe played well in goal.

Sandwich defeated Rockland, 6-4. In the loss, Patrick McGuirk and Cooper Larouco (two assists) each scored two goals. Ricky Esancy made 55 saves.

Marshfield and Scituate played to a 2-2 tie. Johnny Donahue scored first for the Sailors and James Sullivan netted the tying goal with just over a minute left in regulation. Brendan Kiziuk and Teddy Devoe scored for Marshfield.

Pembroke beat Plymouth North, 3-1, behind goals from Ryan Conway, Kevin Murrin and Brandon Perry, plus a pair of assists from Colin Blake.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Lyla Peters (12 points), Ella Fitzpatrick (11) and Ava Welch (10) led Duxbury to a 53-39 win over Marshfield. Emily Fecteau scored 16 in the loss while Maddie Devin had 13.

Liv McManus scored 20 points to lead East Bridgewater past Barnstable, 52-33. Jenna Oman chipped in 11.

Norwell defeated Abington, 71-53, as Maddie Oliver (13 rebounds, 5 assists) and Alex Cassidy (7 rebounds) each had 26 points. Ella Williamson scored 24 points in the loss. Savvy Eriksen had 14 and Rebecca Rix added 11.

Jayme Kiser scored 9 of her 12 points in the third quarter in a 57-41 win over Concord-Carlisle. Ava Macdonald starred defensively.

Carver defeated Hull, 58-39. In the loss, Fallon Ryan scored 19 points while Margot Harper had 16.

Notre Dame Academy defeated Archbishop Williams, 45-23, as Ava Orlando was just shy of a triple-double with 19 points, 10 rebounds and 8 steals. Effie Giannopoulos had a double-double (14 points, 10 rebounds) and Sofia Danick (3 points, 9 rebounds) also played well.

New Heights defeated Foxboro Regional Charter, 56-16, as Nazaiih Heriise nearly posted a triple-double (17 points, 9 steals, 8 rebounds). Nya Isidor (7 points, 10 rebounds), Navaeh Stephney (8 points) and Rhianna Darosa (8 points) also played well.

Elle Grant scored 19 points in Thayer Academy's 57-45 loss to Lawrence Academy.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Abington defeated Norwell, 59-56, to hand the Clippers their first loss of the season. That win clinched at least a share of the South Shore League Tobin Division title for Abington. Kingston Maxwell (19 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists), Tyler Staiti (17 points) and Connor Pease (19 points, 11 rebounds) led the way. Nick Adams and Will Bostrom (11 rebounds) each scored 13 points in the loss.

Aiden Flaherty scored 16 points, but East Bridgewater lost to Sandwich, 79-62.

Marshfield scored 57 points in the second half to defeat Duxbury, 89-84. Giovanni Joseph scored 21 points while Jake Brilliant had 19.

Jaylen Thomas and Khamari Gillings (12 rebounds, 4 blocks) each scored 12 points as New Heights defeated Foxboro Regional Charter, 58-42. Ray Miller added 10 points and Christian Dalton (8 points, 8 assists) played well.

Dylan Dormady scored 29 points to lead Rising Tide to a 61-54 win over Sturgis East.

Lenny Tangishaka scored 29 points in Thayer Academy's 68-66 win over Lawrence Academy.

WRESTLING

Bridgewater-Raynham improved to 21-3 with a 51-27 win over Bristol-Aggie/Dighton-Rehoboth. Lucas Santos, Matt Fernandes, Josh Hogg, Brent Von Magnus, Jack Alves, Brenton Allain and Fletcher Rinke all won via pin.

Scituate defeated Canton, 55-24, behind wins from Ryan Belmarsh, Connor McLaughlin, Liam Theriault, Grayson Loeffel, Brady Standridge, David Murphy, Liam Holden, Paul Cheverie and Finn O’Connor.

Middleboro defeated Sandwich, 57-15, to claim the first ever South Shore League title.

Hingham beat Marshfield, 59-7, behind wins from Mia Dineen (106 pounds), Hugh McGourty (113), Johnny Morris (120), Ian Prebble (126), JD Lucas (132), Cole Riordan (144), Aidan Chan (157), Jakub Wozny (165), Tucker Burke (175), Eamon Murphy (190), Tyler Grady (215) and Julian Fopiano (285).

Whitman-Hanson lost to Silver Lake despite getting wins from Lawson Giove (106), PJ Katz (113), Charlie Lussier (120), Tim Donnelly (157) and Zachary Soper (215).

Hanover beat Pembroke, 45-36, behind pins from Anthony Mann, Conlan Geary, Matthew Costello, David Bonilla, Tommy Regan and Noah Balewicz. Mann finished the regular season 26-2. Nate Hoyt won by decision.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

GIRLS BASKETBALL

North Quincy's Ava Bryan scored 32 points, including the 1,000th of her career, in the Raiders' 75-39 win over Scituate.

The senior tandem of Meg Doyle (23 points, 12 rebounds) and Callie Flynn (11 points, 9 rebounds, 8 blocks) shined despite Weymouth's 54-45 loss to Walpole at home.

Junior Bella Miniutti scored a game-high 13 points off the bench to steer Whitman-Hanson to a 48-34 victory over Silver Lake, its 11th in a row. Junior Cassidy Briggs (8 points) and sophomore Dylan Hurley (11) also played well for the Panthers (11-1, 10-0 Patriot League).

Uwa Idada scored 22 points and snatched 18 rebounds to lead Avon to a 55-9 win over Atlantis Charter. Maggie Hart scored her first varsity points in the win.

Camden Strandberg (17 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists) and Brenna Woodbury (16 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals) shined in Bridgewater-Raynham's 61-43 win over New Bedford. Kate Lambert (11 points, 4 rebounds) and Libby Cronin (10 points, 7 rebounds) also played well in the win.

Nevaeh King (8 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals, 3 assists, 1 block) and Layla Rivera (9 points) played well for Brockton in a 46-34 loss to Dartmouth.

The sophomore trio of Alissa Marcella (11 points), Sophie Deroche (10 points) and Fay D'Angelo (9 points) spearheaded Pembroke's 52-29 victory over Plymouth South.

Cohasset's Sarah Chenette netted 24 points and 9 rebounds to lead the Skippers to a 49-34 win over Middleboro. Catherine Toomey (16 rebounds) and Kate Greer (10) dominated the boards. Middleboro's Natalie Kerstein and Haley Iwanski tallied 12 points apiece, and Olivia Mather scored 7 in the Sachems' (8-6) loss.

Rockland's Maggie Elie had 17 points and Cailey Kelleher had 9 as the Bulldogs defeated Carver, 38-32.

Braintree's Frankie Spadorcia and Audrey Orsmby played well in a 44-26 loss to Wellesley.

Hull's Margot Harper (21 points) and Fallon Ryan (11 points) played well as the Pirates lost to Sandwich, 68-45.

Jenella Jacobs (11 points), Ava O'Neil (8 points) and Mia Harrington (7 points) were the top scorers for West Bridgewater in a 45-32 loss to Seekonk.

Blue Hills' Ally Johnson (16 points), Bridget Devine (14 points, 7 blocks) and Bella Sulfaro (9 points) shined in a 46-43 loss to Southeastern.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Weymouth's Edric Louissaint became the program's fourth 1,000-point scorer in the Wildcats' 64-60 loss to Walpole.

Noah Perry-Lewis had 22 points, including the game-winning and-one, as Bridgewater-Raynham outlasted New Bedford, 60-59, in overtime. Cason Faulk added 18 for the Trojans (7-8).

Scituate's Michael Porter (17 points, 6 rebounds), Brian Good (17 points, 10 rebounds) and Roman Glowac (13 points, 9 rebounds) led the Sailors to a 68-60 win over North Quincy. North Quincy's Kobe Nguyen netted a game-high 22 points and Charlie Baker had a career-high 19 points on 8-for-8 shooting. Ryan Dunn (8 points, 4 rebounds) and Dawit Quilty (8 points, 3 rebounds) also gave Scituate quality minutes.

Gianni Rene and Jordan Nash combined for 24 points off the bench as Randolph edged Mashpee, 49-48.

Seth Hayes had 21 points for Southeastern in a 57-46 win over Westport.

Cardinal Spellman's Jay'von DePina scored 21 points in a 65-35 win over Cristo Rey. Marvin Petit-Frere (13 points), D'Anthony Amado (12 points) and Joey Ebian (12 points) also played well for the Cardinals (5-9).

Senior Evan Yakavonis put in 19 points to lead Whitman Hanson to a 61-40 win over Silver Lake. Senior Brendan Moore added 10 for the Panthers (12-2). Jeremy Leonard led the Lakers with 16 points.

Osagie Odion-Ukpebor (10 points) and Dylan Raffle (9 points) were the top scorers as Milton lost to Needham, 53-37. Cole and Bryce Fletcher also played well for the Wildcats.

Tyler Carini (11 points) and Caleb Hawkins (9 points) played well in South Shore Tech's 58-40 loss to Old Colony.

Seamus Hanlon (19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists) and Ryan Nichols (14 points, 8 rebounds) led Calvary Chapel Academy to a 52-49 win over South Shore Charter Public. The win clinches Calvary Chapel Academy a third straight trip to the state tournament.

Junior Jacob Deroche scored 21 points in Pembroke's 61-47 win over Plymouth South. Senior Matt Delcore (12 points) and senior Thomas Halloran (10 points) also pitched in to the win. Sophomore Nick Carbone had 8 points and 16 rebounds in his first-ever varsity minutes for the Titans (8-5).

Robbie Peterson and Tyler Lennox tallied 17 points apiece as Carver defeated Rockland on the road, 64-50. J.J. Grimes (11 points) and Nate Dirado (10 points) also pitched in for the Crusaders.

The trio of Zaza Francoeur (20 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks), Anthony Diletizia (16 points, 5 assists) and Jamaal McConnell (11 points, 4 rebounds) led Canton to a 68-55 win over Attleboro.

Chase Mello had a game-high 24 points to lead Hingham to a 58-53 win over Plymouth North. Noah Manning (10 points) and Jay Nimboorkar (8 points) also played well for the Harbormen. Junior Nelson Thevenin had 17 and sophomore Troy Chase had 14 for Plymouth North.

Matt Youngquist scored 15 points to lead Middleboro to a 72-37 win over Cohasset. Jack Cullinan (14 points) played for Cohasset.

Brockton defeated Dartmouth, 64-55.

Hanover defeated Quincy, 79-76, in overtime, led by junior guard Tyler Vincent (career-high 32 points, 5 assists), sophomore forward Ryan Mutschler (20 points, 7 rebounds) and senior forward Joe Picard (10 points, 12 rebounds). In the loss, Danny Adams scored 43 points for the Presidents.

Blue Hills defeated Upper Cape, 63-58.

Hull lost to Sandwich, 82-60.

Sophomore Thomas Edwards scored 18 points as Avon (14-2) defeated Atlantis Charter, 71-43.

Rising Tide Charter's Dylan Dormady scored 15 points and Ian Thompson added 14 in a 72-43 loss to St. John Paul II.

SWIMMING

Whitman-Hanson/Silver Lake's Marissah Fleurival (personal best 1.26 in 100 freestyle), Lily Wilkinson, Lilyana Roback, Victoria Nakhoul and Lilyana Roback stood out despite a loss to Duxbury.

The Quincy boys team defeated Hingham, 84-61.

The Hingham girls team defeated Quincy, 87-81.

GYMNASTICS

Kenzie Mackinaw won the all-around with a score of 35.9 to lead Pembroke/Silver Lake to a 134.7-132.46 win over Marshfield. Mackinaw won bars (8.8) and floor (9.3) and was second on vault (8.8) and beam (9.0). Marshfield's Annie Spencer (34.7) and Olivia Audette (33.9) were 2-3 in the all-around. Spencer won beam (9.4), and Audette won vault (9.0).

Norwell's Nick Adams scored 16 points in a 65-35 win over Plymouth South. Also starring for the Clippers: Jacob Stull (10 points), Ronan Coffey (9 points, 12 assists), Jackson Adams (7 points, 10 rebounds) and Ryan Lucarelli (5 points, 12 rebounds).

New Heights Charter sophomore guard Christian Dalton scored 17 of his 29 points in the second half and added 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals as the Phoenix overcame a 15-point second-half deficit in a 68-64 win over Dennis-Yarmouth. Khamari Gillings (10 points, 16 rebounds, 4 blocks), Ray Miller (9 points, 6 steals) and Marvens Laplante (11 points, 4 assists, 4 steals) also were key.

Marshfield's Giovanni Joseph scored 21 points in a 68-54 win over Duxbury. Mike Scully (19 points) and Jake Brilliant (13) also starred for the Rams. Duxbury's Zach Falls (19 points) and Liam Burns (15) were standouts in the loss.

Avon's Kevin Miranda Jr. (18 points, 6 assists, 3 steals) and Jordan Medeiros (16 points, 7 assists) starred in a 56-44 win over Diman.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

West Bridgewater's Jenella Jacobs had a game-high 17 points, and Mia Harrington added 11 in a 42-35 win over Cardinal Spellman. For the Cardinals, Lucy LaCara and Devyn DuBose each scored 10 points.

Norwell's Maddie Oliver had 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in a 60-40 win over Dover-Sherborn. Alex Cassidy (14 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists), Reagan Dowd (10 points, 6 rebounds, 8 steals) and Holly Panttila (9 points) also starred for the Clippers.

Duxbury's Lyla Peters scored 12 points, and Skye Cerow added 9 in a 48-29 win over Marshfield. Haylie McPhee scored a game-high 14 points for the Rams in the loss.

Abington fell to Attleboro, 61-33, despite strong games from Ella Williamson (11 points) and Ava Williamson (10 points). Rebecca Rix was a defensive standout, taking three charges.

Notre Dame Academy's Ava Orlando had 22 points in a 49-41 win over Bellingham. Elle Orlando (12 points) and Lola Paradis (7) also contributed.

BOYS HOCKEY

Hingham (8-5-1) rode goals from Aiden Rotondo, Paul Dzavik and Cam McKenna to a 3-1 win over Duxbury. Brady Walsh scored for the Dragons (6-6-3), and goalie Anthony Rabeni made 40 saves.

Stoughton/Brockton's Gavin Summers scored in a 4-1 loss to Foxboro.

Archbishop Williams' Finn Kelly scored twice, and Matt Deminico had a goal and a pair of assists as the Bishops (12-2, 7-0) beat St. Mary's (Lynn), 4-0, on the road to clinch the Catholic Central League for the second straight year. Nolan O'Neill also scored, and Sean Velozo posted his first career shutout.

GIRLS HOCKEY

West/East Bridgewater's Caitlin Kelly scored her first varsity goal, and Mackenzie Whitman added a goal and an assist in a 3-2 loss to Leominster.

GIRLS INDOOR TRACK & FIELD

Middleboro's Mia Lee-Bowens won the 55-meter hurdles in :8.46, and Isabel Wheeler won the high jump (5-4) as the Sachems (9-0) swept a tri-meet to claim their seventh South Shore League championship.

At Saturday's MSTCA Coaches Invitational, the Weymouth 4x800-meter relay team of Kate Carnes, Leah Glavin, Gracie Richard and Izzy Galusha set a meet record of 9:26.96, which is the 12th best time in the U.S. this season.

BOYS INDOOR TRACK & FIELD

East Bridgewater beat Middleboro, 65-35, to improve to 9-0 and clinch the South Shore League championship. EB's Ezra Blasko set personal bests in finishing second in the mile (4:34) and 2-mile (10:11.0), and the Vikings got wins from Brennan Shea (high hurdles), Chris Oman (55m), Tryvon Lawson (600m) and Colin DeChambeau (1,000m). EB also won the 4x200m relay (Denis O'Donavan, Emmanuel Nelson, Gavin McLoud, Dan Steele) and the 4x400m relay (Ryan Costa, Lawson, Collin Meserve, Jalen Floryanzia). Middleboro's Bolu Sotonwa won the 2-mile in 10:11 as the Sachems (8-1) split the tri-meet.

GYMNASTICS

On Sunday, Braintree lost to Wellesley, 133.35-126.2, despite Abigail Kostas finishing second in the all-around (32.55) and second in the vault (8.4).

On Sunday, Hingham/Hull's Sienna Besser starred in a 136.05-132.7 loss to Hanover, winning floor exercise (9.0) and beam (8.9), tying for first on bars (8.6 with Hanover's Riley Clarke) and placing second on vault (8.55). Jadyn Molloy (Hanover) and Ava Pappone (Hingham/Hull) tied for first on vault (8.6).
