The results are in, and Spruce Creek softball player Adalyn Morford has been named the Athlete of the Week for the week of May 13-18.

The freshman had two of the Hawks' four hits in their 3-1 loss to Seminole in the Region 1-7A semifinals. She claimed 40% of the votes.

Father Lopez track and field thrower Mackenzie Brewton took second with 25% of the votes.

The AOTW poll launches every Monday and closes at 10 a.m. Thursday.
