Aaron Rodgers not expected to return this week

The Green Bay Packers aren't upbeat about the chances of quarterback Aaron Rodgers returning this week against the Dallas Cowboys from a broken collarbone, according to ESPN.

Rodgers' status hasn't been determined yet, per the report, but it's unlikely he'll be cleared medically due to him still feeling pain in his left collarbone.

The injury isn't completely healed, but Rodgers has been practicing.

It could be too risky for Rodgers to play.

"We would need a different results and different responses to be able to get on the field this week," Rodgers said during his weekly radio show. "I shouldn't be having pain doing some of the simple movements," Rodgers said.
