49ers post-Week 4 injury update: Jon Feliciano in concussion protocol, 3 players day-to-day

49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan on Monday offered an injury update after the team’s 35-16 win over the Cardinals.

Immediately following the game he said offensive lineman Jon Feliciano suffered a concussion during the game. Monday in a conference call Shanahan didn’t have any additional updates from Week 4, but he did give some insight onto some of the players who were injured going into the game.
