10 biggest salary cap hits for the Chiefs in 2022
The Kansas City Chiefs’ salary cap situation is in a much healthier position now compared to this time last year. The team is currently projected to have over $14 million in cap space with 90 players under contract for the 90-man offseason roster.
NFL teams have a total of just over $208 million in cap space to use for the 2022 NFL season. The Chiefs have over $125 million in cap space committed to a total of 10 players on their roster. It’ll be no surprise to see certain players listed among that group of 10, but there are also others that you wouldn’t expect to see there.
