Report: Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen expecting a little miracle

If the sources of the Boston Herald's Inside Track are correct, Gisele Bundchen's womb currently houses what might be the next great NFL quarterback prospect, just as soon as we figure out its gender.

The Herald hears from "a source close to the new Mrs. Tom Brady(notes)" that Brady and Bunchen are expecting a child in December.

The Brazilian bombshell told a pal she got pregnant on their honeymoon. The magazine says that the newlyweds want to keep the baby secret but have told a few close friends and family. The bump watch is officially on!

Oh, I do love a good bump watch. Wheee!

Inside Track speculated on the same subject a couple of days ago when they spotted Bundchen wearing a baggy shirt, possibly in an attempt to conceal her and Tom's tiny little ball of genetic perfection.

Obviously, I'm giddy for these two crazy kids, but I do wonder about the timing. December, Tom? That's pushing awfully close to playoff time. I'd hate for your new little sack of joy to be a distraction.

You might have to drag the wife into Coach Belichick's office and have him lecture the bump on the importance of sacrificing for the greater good. No one wins a championship without sacrificing, and if that means that Tom Jr. has to spend an extra couple of months in the womb, then he's just going to have to take one for the team.

    Brady left the team for the birth of his son right around playoff time in 2007 and he didn't miss a beat upon his return. Had it not been for the defense choking in the last 2 minutes of super bowl 42 he'd have 4 rings. I'm not worried about any kind of distraction, congrats Tom and Gisele.

    Actually Daniel, his son was born in August 2007- during the preseason. Nonetheless, I don't think this will affect his game.

    Diamond Diablo is an insult to the human race. Who would wish that someone would break their neck? I am not a Pats fan, but would never wish that on anyone. Someone like Diablo always makes me wish I didn't read these comments and ashamed that people can be that ridiculous.

    I guess the blogger forgot that Tom already has son, so I guess he'll be like the oldest Manning brother that no one cares about, because he was born out of wedlock and Tom barely mentions him.

    Let's see Rothlisdouchebag throw 50 td's and finish a perfect 16-0 perfect season, then MAYBE someone will talk abou tthe Steelers. They would have lost out again last year had Brady been at QB. Vinatieri is/was great, but Gostkowski has basically matched his numbers, your argument that Adam won those games is laughable, he had to be put in position to make those kicks, and Brady put them in that position. Mind you, without the likes of Moss, Welker, Gafney, etc. Please go and re-think your argument, redirect your anger, and get over it. The Patriots have had a better team than the Steelers since Bradu took over, and in truth that's probably what you're angry about. Thanks for playing.

    All you people who have comments to make about how the Pats are just cheaters... you just can't come up with anything better can you? You are all just jealous that the Patriots are able to win. What team is yours the Detroit Lions, perhaps the Oakland, Raiders? If you watched or read anything after the "scandel" you would realize that they did win after that using true players talents and having a coach with amazing knowledge of the game and skills on how to win. How do you figure that they could still "cheat" (so you think) if they were being observed by the NFL under a microscope? Think about it???? Jealousy is a horrible thing, you should just let it go and accept the fact that they are just an amazing team. Besides if you hate the Pats so much why are you reading or commenting on an article regarding their amazing QB? HATERS SUCK NOT THE PATS!
