Yankees name four to organization

The New York Yankees announced Friday that Gary Tuck, Trey Hillman, Mike Quade and Matthew Krause have joined the organization.

Tuck, 59, was named the club's bullpen coach for the 2014 season. He was Boston's bullpen coach for six seasons from 2007 through 2012.

Hillman, 50, will be the Yankees' special assistant for major and minor league operations. He spent the past three seasons as the Los Angeles Dodgers' bench coach.

Quade, 56, was named the organization's roving outfield and baserunning instructor. He was manager of the Chicago Cubs from August 23, 2010, through the end of the 2011 season.

Krause, 40, has been hired as the Yankees' strength and conditioning coordinator. He spent the last nine seasons as the Cincinnati Reds' strength and conditioning coordinator.
