Podcast: Predictions for USMNT World Cup qualifiers against Honduras, Panama

An untimely rash of injuries has severely altered Bruce Arena’s plans for the United States men’s national team’s crucial World Cup qualifiers against Honduras and Panama. Also, Arena won’t have suspended midfielder Jermaine Jones against Honduras in Friday’s home game – somewhat of a must-win situation due to the Americans’ last-place standing in CONCACAF’s final round of qualifying for Russia 2018.

On the latest episode of the FC Yahoo Podcast (available on iTunes and SoundCloud), we – as in Leander Schaerlaeckens, Joey Gulino and I – tried to temper the concern and consternation (abject fear?) of USMNT fans after these sudden absences of key players.
