UCLA cheerleader falls during timeout routine, then again while being carried off court (Video)
During a timeout of UCLA’s game Thursday night against Oregon, the broadcast caught a moment that we really shouldn’t be laughing at — at least not initially.
An acrobatic routine from UCLA’s cheerleaders went awry when a female cheerleader at the top of a balancing act fell to the floor. Given the height from which she fell, it was a pretty scary scene.
But make sure you watch until the end. As much as the first fall was scary, the second one is hilarious — provided the cheerleader wasn’t injured any further.
She was reportedly receiving medical attention after being carried off the court. Hopefully all involved, including the arena employee who appeared to trip on a stray photographer seating pad, can laugh about the mishap later.
