Tomlin, Steelers facing serious fines
Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin and the entire organization could face serious fines and perhaps even the loss of a draft pick, according to ESPN.
The NFL discipline is expected to be handed down early this week.
A suspension isn't expected for Tomlin nearly colliding with Ravens kick returner Jacoby Jones on a 73-yard kickoff return. The NFL competition committee member wasn't penalized.
The NFL once gave a $100,000 fine to the New York Jets during the 2010 season when strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi intentionally tripped Miami Dolphins cornerback Nolan Carroll.
