Report: Maryland's Len to turn pro

Maryland sophomore center Alex Len will give up his final two seasons of college eligibility and make himself available for the NBA draft, Yahoo! Sports reported.

According to the report, the 7-foot-1 Len will hold a press conference sometime this week to make the announcement.

Len, who is from the Ukraine, averaged 11.9 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game this season, and both NBADraft.net and DraftExpress.com project Len to be a lottery pick in the upcoming draft.
