Sometimes there are weird plays in NFL games and then sometimes describing a play as 'weird' doesn't do that play justice. Take for instance this Raiders offensive play from Sunday.
On the first play of the second half, Raiders quarterback Derek Carr handed the ball off to Maurice Jones-Drew -- and then this happened. What might be the NFL's first bicycle kick.
Yes. That is MJD punting the ball on accident back to Carr after taking a hit from Quinton Coples. Fortunately for Jones-Drew, the 11-yard loss won't count against his punting statistics.
