PG Tinsley back with Jazz

Free agent point guard Jamaal Tinsley has reunited with the Utah Jazz.

Tinsley, a 10-year veteran, spent the last two seasons with the Jazz, averaging 3.6 points and 4.0 assists per game. Over his career, which also includes stints with the Indiana Pacers and Memphis Grizzlies, he has averaged 8.6 points and 6.1 assists per game.

The Jazz need backcourt help after losing rookie Trey Burke to an injury. Burke, the No. 9 overall pick in this year's draft out of Michigan, is expected to be out two to three months after breaking a finger during the Jazz's third preseason game.
