(Adds later games) Oct 31 (The Sports Xchange) - Highlights of Saturday's National Basketball Association games. - - - Jazz 97, Pacers 76 Derrick Favors scored 18 points to lead six players in double figures as the Utah Jazz dominated the second half en route to a 97-76 victory over the Indiana Pacers in Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Rodney Hood added 17 for Utah, Trey Burke scored 15, Gordon Hayward had 11, and Alec Burks and Joe Ingles each added 10. The Jazz out rebounded Indiana 47-34 and outscored the Pacers 55-27 during the second half. - - - Knicks 117, Wizards 110 Carmelo Anthony carried the Knicks with 37 points including 11 in the fourth quarter as New York defeated the Washington Wizards 117-110. Bradley Beal scored 22 of his 26 points in the second half and John Wall had 25 points for the Wizards (2-1). - - - Warriors 134, Pelicans 120 Stephen Curry scored 53 points and defending NBA champions Golden State won their third consecutive game to open the season, defeating the New Orleans Pelicans 134-120. It was the third consecutive double-digit loss for the Pelicans, who were playing their home opener at Smoothie King Arena. - - - Grizzlies 101, Nets 91 Mike Conley scored 22 points and Zach Randolph recorded his first double-double of the early season with 15 points and 13 rebounds as the Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Brooklyn Nets 101-91 at the FedExForum. Conley added eight assists for the Grizzlies, who begin a season-long five-game Western Conference road trip on Monday at Golden State. - - - Suns 101, Trail Blazers 90 Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight combined for 60 points to lead the Phoenix Suns to a 101-90 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers at the Moda Center. Bledsoe finished with a game-high 33 points on 12-of-21 shooting from the field. Knight was close behind with 27 points, including four three-pointers. - - - Clippers 114, Kings 109 Blake Griffin scored 22 of his 37 points in the second half as the Los Angeles Clippers repelled the Sacramento Kings 114-109 at the Staples Center.
