Lions list seven from defense on injury report

The Lions defense is likely to be a bit shorthanded for Week 3 against the Packers, with three players expected to miss Sunday's game due to injuries.

Linebacker Travis Lewis (quadriceps) and defensive back Cassius Vaughn (ankle) have been ruled out for Sunday's game, while safety James Ihedigbo (neck) is doubtful and seems likely to miss the game.

Additionally, defensive linemen Ezekiel Ansah (knee), Nick Fairley (biceps) and George Johnson (groin) are considered questionable for the game, while safety Don Carey (hamstring) is probable.
