Jazz-Thunder Preview

EnergySolutions Arena will host a Northwest Division contest between the Utah Jazz and the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Jazz haven't been able to win consistently yet, coming into today's game with a record of 4-7. Entering with a record of 3-8, the Thunder got off on the wrong foot to start the year. This game will begin at 9:00 pm EST and it will be covered by FSN-OK and ROOT-NW.

The Jazz are regrouping after their embarrassing loss to the Raptors, 111-93. Derrick Favors was the team's leading scorer, scoring 18. The Thunder, meanwhile, are coming off a 69-65 loss at the hands of the Rockets. Leading the team in scoring, Lance Thomas had 15 points.

Half-court execution will be at a premium when two of the league's slowest-paced teams meet up. Utah ranks 29th in the league in possessions per game (92.6 possessions per game), while Oklahoma City is 28th (93.5).
