Giants WR Cruz leaves with neck injury

New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles in the third quarter with a neck injury.

Cruz headed to the locker room after he was slammed to the ground by Eagles cornerback Bradley Fletcher after making a catch. There was not penalty called on the play.

Cruz was slow to get up, before walking off the field and to the locker room on his own.

The Giants announced that Cruz was getting X-rays on his neck and it is not determined if he will return to the game.

Cruz had five catches for 64 yards before exiting.
