Giants RB Wilson placed on IR

New York Giants running back David Wilson was placed on season-ending injured reserve on Thursday with a neck injury.

The move was expected with running back Andre Brown returning to the roster from injured reserve.

The Giants also placed veteran defensive tackle Shaun Rogers on IR and activated defensive tackle Markus Kuhn from the physically unable to perform list. The 34-year-old Rogers sustained a knee injury two weeks ago.

Wilson hasn't played since injuring his neck in the Giants' Week 5 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Wilson's season ends with 146 yards on 44 carries.
