Former Texans draft pick gets life in prison

Former Houston Texans draft pick Keith Jerome Wright was sentenced Friday to 114 years to life, plus 120 years and eight months, in prison, for sexually assaulting a woman and robbing two men in Sacramento, Calif., last year, according to the Sacramento Bee.

A jury convicted Wright, 32, on 19 felony counts related to three residential robberies in October.

Wright was a defensive lineman on the Texans practice squad, as well as the Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
