Falcons Pounded by Ravens, 29-7
Roddy White had a big day, but it wasn't enough to avoid a bad loss for the Falcons against the Ravens, 29-7, in Baltimore.
Matt Ryan completed 29 of 44 passes for 228 yards, one touchdown and one fumble. Joe Flacco ended up going 16 of 25 with 258 yards passing, two touchdowns and two picks for the Ravens.
Devonta Freeman ran for 20 yards on two attempts in addition to five receptions for 17 yards. White was a highlight, catching nine balls for 100 yards with a touchdown.
The Atlanta defense gave up 123 yards rushing and 258 passing. They got to Flacco once for a sack.
Ravens tight end Owen Daniels had a big game, putting up 58 receiving yards and one touchdown. Wide receiver Torrey Smith also performed well with 81 receiving yards and one touchdown.
The Falcons host the Lions (5-2) next week while the Ravens head to Cincinnati to face the Bengals (3-2).
