Cowboys Suffer 28-17 Defeat Against Cardinals
The Cowboys were controlled by the Cardinals, 28-17, at home.
Brandon Weeden went 18 for 33 for 183 yards passing, one touchdown and two picks. Carson Palmer had a better game for the Cardinals, and wound up 22 for 34 with 249 yards passing, three touchdowns and one pick.
DeMarco Murray gained 79 yards on 19 carries and had four receptions for 11 yards. Jason Witten snagged six balls for 62 yards.
The Dallas defense put forth a solid effort, highlighted by giving up 102 yards rushing and 249 passing while bringing back one interception for a touchdown. They sacked Palmer two times.
Cardinals running back Andre Ellington was impressive, churning out 95 yards rushing, 39 receiving and one touchdown.
The Cowboys head to London next week to face off with the Jaguars (1-8) while the Cardinals will play host to the Rams (3-5).
