Chargers OLs Dombrowski, Troutman off injured lists

Chargers offensive linemen Brandyn Dombrowski and Johnnie Troutman were designated as "return to practice" on Tuesday, the final day for NFL teams to start the 21-day practice window for players who had been on either list.

Dombrowski (foot) was on the reserve-non-football injury list. The fifth-year veteran has started 16 career games while seeing time at right guard, right tackle and left tackle during his career.

Troutman was a fifth-round pick in April as a three-year starter at Penn State. He injured his pectoral before the draft and had surgery in April.

Troutman and Dombrowski are now eligible to practice for the next 21 days before a decision needs to be made to activate one or both. Troutman is expected to practice with the Chargers for the first time on Wednesday. Troutman and Dombrowski may be activated at any time during the 21-day window.
