The Buccaneers, who also have a fifth-year option, selected Evans with the seventh overall pick. Under the NFL's collective bargaining agreement, all first-rounders sign deals with that length and structure.

A wideout with outstanding size (6-foot-5, 231 pounds) and speed (4.53 40-yard dash), Evans finished his career at Texas A&M after two standout seasons as Johnny Manziel's favorite target, with 151 receptions for 2,499 yards and 17 touchdowns.

In Tampa Bay, Evans will play opposite fellow super-sized receiver, Vincent Jackson (6-5, 230).
