There will be no surprises when the German giant takes on the Premier League power at the Allianz Arena in Munich. Bayern star Thomas Muller said as much in a recent interview with Yahoo Germany’s Klaus Bellstedt.

“They have some really fast and compatible players among them,” Muller said. “Their style is very completed and perfected. They are usually trying to play more aggressively.

“That could give us some free spaces which we usually don’t get often when we’re playing against more defensive teams.”

Muller said he rarely watches the Premier League, but when he does, it’s to catch one of “the top games.” He admitted to having a rooting interest in Arsenal, too – for one very obvious reason.

“Whenever Mesut scores a goal, I’m pretty happy,” Muller said of Gunners midfielder Mesut Ozil, his Germany teammate.

Muller and Bayern figure to celebrate another knockout-stage victory over Arsenal. The Bundesliga leaders have won the previous three knockout meetings with the Gunners, who are reeling after consecutive Premier League losses to Watford and Chelsea.
