Here's how Arsenal fans should protest status quo of Arsene Wenger

As memories of Arsenal’s last Premier League title grow foggier, anger among a growing contingent of the club’s fans is getting much clearer.

With no serious title challenge to speak of in the last decade, a Groundhog Day-style pattern of events in each Champions League season and an incredibly cautious approach to the transfer market, the Gunners’ faithful have grown increasingly frustrated at manager Arsene Wenger.

As the Frenchman approaches the conclusion of his latest contract and a top-four finish looks unlikely, the #WengerOut movement has flourished.

Fans have flown planes, hired trucks and distributed leaflets to express their concern – and they’ve even started fighting among themselves.

All of these protests, however, will ultimately be ineffective. The club is not going to change its manager or its (highly lucrative) strategy because some fans flew a plane over a stadium.

But there is an extremely effective way to protest the club. And it’s one that could definitely garner results.
