Steve Pearce signs with Blue Jays, setting up next Orioles reunion

Team Steve and the Orioles are once again on a hiatus, but if recent years have taught us anything, Steve Pearce will always be back. The Orioles seem to be perpetually in a state of reuniting with Steve Pearce, which also means that they must be in a perpetual state of parting from Pearce in order to set up the next reunion. On Monday, the latest parting was finalized as Pearce signed a two year, $12.5 million contract with the Toronto Blue Jays.
