Stuttgart soccer soars: Banner year for both programs despite playoff heartbreak

The 2024 soccer season was a banner year for both of Stuttgart's programs. On the girls' side, Stuttgart again qualified for the state tournament by finishing the season with 19 total points and a 6-1-1 record. State tournament pairings, dates, and times were not yet released, as of this writing. As for Coach Cameron Simpson's boys' team, the program reached heights never before seen in Stuttgart, and although the Riceirds just missed the cut for the state tournament, the team made incredible improvements from the previous three seasons.
