Rory McIlroy’s famous caddie

The golf world has been focused on world No. 1 Tiger Woods a lot lately, from his solid play to the announcement of his relationship with Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn. So it's easy to forget that world No. 2 Rory McIlroy is also dating a world class athlete in Caroline Wozniacki. And this week she confirmed on Twitter that she'll be on Rory's bag for the Par 3 Contest, a very cool tradition that's held every year on the Wednesday of Masters week. It's not an event that everyone, including Tiger, likes to participate in, so it's cool that Rory is joining in the fun this year. But he just better be careful; if he finds himself in the lead on the last hole, he should look to add a few extra strokes. The winner of the Par 3 Contest has never gone on to win the Masters.

Rick Pitino is having a pretty great week. His son Richard got a great head coaching job when Minnesota hired him away from Florida International University. His horse, Goldencents, won the Santa Anita Derby to earn a spot in the Kentucky Derby. He was announced as a member of this year's basketball hall of fame class. And, oh yeah, he became the first coach to win a national title at two different schools when his Louisville Cardinals beat the Michigan Wolverines on Monday. So to call it a pretty great week is probably an understatement.
