Peyton Manning’s nerdy Super Bowl fashion
Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning has made millions of dollars playing football. The future Hall of Famer has also parlayed his unassuming demeanor into a rather lucrative career as a pitchman off the field. It's hard to say, "Papa John's" and not think of the quarterback. So when the four-time (and soon-to-be five-time) NFL MVP showed up for his media availability Thursday during Super Bowl week looking rather, well, nerdy, perhaps he's just bucking for the next endorsement deal. The jersey-tucked-into-sweatpants look was quite the buzz on Twitter:

Meanwhile in the NBA, New York Knicks swingman/walking punchline J.R. Smith had a big night against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He crossed over a pair of lottery picks in Anthony Bennett and Tristan Thompson — then did this:
Smith finished with 19 points in a 117-86 Knicks victory.
