Ronaldinho scores great free kick, gets sent off for revenge double kick in Club World Cup

Atletico-MG's Club salvaged a third-place finish at the Club World Cup with a 3-2 win over Marcello Lippi's Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande. Atletico-MG got off to a good enough start by opening the scoring in just the second minute, but Guangzhou struck back in the 8th and went ahead from the penalty spot in the 15th minute.

Extending his streak to three straight matches with a lovely free kick since coming back from injury, Ronaldinho equalized just before halftime. The score held at 2-2 for much of the second half, but Ronaldinho had a rare flare-up of his temper when he was felled by an opponent, who then kick the ball into his backside. Still on the ground, Ronaldinho fought back by delivering a double knee kick that earned him a red card.

With the Copa Libertadores winners down to 10 men, they still managed to score in added time to win 3-2.
