Barcelona fans unfurl defiant banner in response to FIFA punishment

Perhaps feeling that the club's 14-point rebuttal to FIFA's decision to give Barcelona a one-year ban from transfer dealings as punishment for violating international youth player transfer rules wasn't enough, the fans at the Camp Nou added an exclamation point of their own before Saturday's match against Real Betis.

A giant banner that read "La Masia is not to be touched," referencing the club's famed youth academy, which has come under fire as a result of FIFA's punishment, was unfurled as the players lined up for pre-match handshakes.

Upon seeing this, FIFA president Sepp Blatter probably said, "Oh, OK then. Ban overturned. Don whatever you want."
