Team USA an eclectic bunch

The USOC released the complete roster of athletes on Team USA at midnight. The list revealed that the athletes representing the U.S. in Vancouver are an eclectic group.

-- Team USA comes from 35 different states, with Minnesota and New York sending the most athletes, 21 and 19, respectively. Vermont, the state with the second smallest population, is sending eight. Florida is the most southern state represented.

-- The best name on Team USA belongs to Torin Koos, a cross-country skier. The second-best name belongs to Tanith Belbin, an ice dancer. One of them is a man, the other, a woman. It's up to you to find out which is which.

-- We can thank the U.S. Army for the strong bobsledding teams. Three of the six athletes on the bobsled team are members of the Army's World Class Athlete Program.

-- According to bobsledder Elana Meyers, she and fellow bobsledder Jamie Moriarty are both children of NFL players. Both of their fathers played for the Atlanta Falcons.

-- Of the team's 123 members, 23 will have sons and daughters cheering them on.

-- There is one set of twins: Jocelyne and Monique Lamourex, both hockey players.
