Video: Markus Granlund keeps the lacrosse goal in the family

Please recall last May when Minnesota Wild prospect Mikael Granlund wowed the world with a spectacular lacrosse goal during Finland's semifinal game against Russia in the World Championships.

The goal was all the rage in Finland and a commemorative stamp was created in his honor, which sold out on the same day it was released.

Mikael's younger brother Markus, a Calgary Flames prospect, is no stranger to the lacrosse goal. He scored one last November in a SM-Liiga game for HIFK and pulled off the move once again today:

It was HIFK's only goal in a 2-1 loss to Blues.

Markus, who was selected No. 45 overall by the Flames in last June's Entry Draft, currently plays with brother Mikael, who recorded an assist on the goal, for HIFK.

It's safe to say that anytime a Granlund brother is behind the net carrying the puck, opposing goaltenders should probably know what's coming.
