Scrivens was extraordinary for the Oilers in their 3-0 win over the San Jose Sharks. He put on an absolute goaltending clinic, and thank God, because the Oilers put on an Oilers clinic, in the sense that they were as bad as they usually are. Edmonton surrendered a whopping 100 shot attempts to Sa Jose, but nothing got past Scrivens, who picked up his first shutout as an Oiler and set an NHL record in the process. Here is a small sampling of his brilliance:
No. 4 Star: Brandon Saad, Chicago Blackhawks
Saad scored twice as the Blackhawks snapped their four-game losing streak, overcoming a two-goal deficit to beat the Vancouver Canucks 4-2.
No. 5 Star: Henrik Lundqvist, New York Rangers
Lundqvist made 30 saves as the Rangers won at Yankee Stadium for the second time in four nights, edging the New York Islanders 2-1. Dan Carcillo scored the game-winner.
Honorable mention: It wasn't all Scrivens. Taylor Hall was pretty okay too, with a goal and 2 assists for the Oilers. Here's the goal:

Dishonorable mention: Seriously, Oilers, help a goalie out... The Canucks blew an early two-goal lead versus Chicago before letting the Blackhawks take over the game.
