Weeks after posting photo of himself throwing, Aaron Murray shows off his movement skills (Video)

Aaron Murray is 12 weeks removed from left ACL surgery and he's already showing off his progress in movement drills.

The former Georgia quarterback has been throwing in preparation for working out for NFL scouts at Georgia's pro day and Tuesday posted a video to Instagram of himself going through some linear movements while training.

You'll notice Murray isn't going through any side-to-side or change of direction movements. That's by design. Lateral stability isn't something you want to challenge so quickly removed from surgery. But box jumps 12 weeks out? Pretty impressive, and another sign that his rehab is going well.

Last week, Murray said he's going to "do everything" at Georgia's pro day April 16. He told Shutdown Corner that in the single-leg press, his left leg was stronger than his right leg thanks to the intense rehab process he's been going through.
