Canaan Sandy does his best to never miss an Arkansas game. On Saturday, he was in one.

The 31-year-old scored a touchdown on a run up the middle during the Razorbacks spring game.

Sandy, who has Down Syndrome, was embraced by both the offense and defense after scoring his touchdown. It was a very cool moment for an Arkansas program that hasn't had too many of them over the past two seasons.

He was inducted into ESPN's Fan Hall of Fame in 2013 because of his Arkansas fandom. He lives in Cave City, Ark., which is over a four-hour drive away from Fayetteville, but his mom drives him to Arkansas sporting events.

“He’s been at a bunch of Razorback events with me,” Arkansas coach Bret Bielema said (via 5NewsOnline.com). “He’s on a world tour I think. Every time I turn around, he’s there. He’s just got one of those contagious personalities.”

8-year-old Kaiden Schroeder scored a touchdown in Kansas State's spring game on Saturday. Schroeder, who has leukemia, ran off-tackle to the right side of the line for his touchdown.
