Indiana gets a pep talk from Super Bowl champion coach John Harbaugh before Sweet 16 game

Indiana has been one of the favorites to win the national title all season long, but that doesn't mean the Hoosiers can't use a good pep talk. And coach Tom Crean just happened to have an ace in the hole tonight before the Sweet 16 game against Syracuse.

Crean called on his brother-in-law, Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh, who won the Super Bowl last month beating his brother, Jim, and the San Francisco 49ers.

CBS Sports reporter Rachel Nichols spokes with Harbaugh about what he said to the Hoosiers. Harbaugh told Nichols he emphasized how important momentum would be in the contest. He also told the Hoosiers that after watching them at times this season, they remind him of his football team and he thinks they can win the championship.

Harbaugh was hardly going out on a limb there. If the Hoosiers do win it all, it won't be a surprise and won't be anything close to the Ravens pulling out a near-miracle victory at Denver in the playoffs before also beating New England and the 49ers.

But if you need someone to give your team a little added motivation before a game, it's hard to beat the guy who just won the Super Bowl.
