CSN: Will Tom Brady play in Patriots’ second preseason game?

After going down in practice Wednesday afternoon, Tom Brady has been diagnosed with a sprained knee. He is expected to make a full recovery, and all of New England can now exhale.

So now it’s on to the next question – will Brady see any action in Friday’s preseason tilt with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Foxboro?

“This might be the most important preseason the Patriots have had in a long time,” said CSNNE Patriots insider Tom E. Curran, “but I would say this; if it’s the second preseason game or the regular season that you’re concerned about, you take your time in the preseason.”
