Video: The New Jersey Nets and Charlotte Bobcats and the worst twelve seconds of basketball, ever

When you pair a 13-27 New Jersey Nets team against a 5-32 Charlotte Bobcats squad on a random Friday night, in a game that has absolutely no playoff implications for two teams that are spiraling towards the lottery (despite the Bobcats actually attempting to tinker over the offseason and return to the playoffs), end-to-end NBA action like this usually results:

Holy lord. It's not enough for the Bobcats (who completely don't deserve those throwback Carolina Cougar uniforms) to miss two chippies and then give up on the play, but then the Nets (who really don't deserve their New York Nets throwback uniforms) have to watch as DeShawn Stevenson throws an alley-oop to absolutely nobody.

Remember, friends, the playoffs start in six weeks, and this will all go away soon enough.

The Nets won, by the way. They're 14-27 now!
