Video: Indiana’s Paul George throws down in the center of the Sporting Universe

The Indianapolis-based Super Bowl is in a few days, the Indiana Pacers have clearly already trumped the Tri-State Area New Jersey Nets with their retro ABA uniforms, and the Pacers squarely topped the Nets by a 106-99 score on Tuesday night.

Middle America: 1. Godless Eastern Seaboard: 0

And then Paul George, in the midst of a career night in scoring (24 points), went and did this:

Not bad, young Pacer. Not bad at all.

Of course, one thing the Eastern Seaboard has on Middle America is the fact that no writer from the Eastern Seaboard would ever use a phrase like "squarely topped." So, I suppose, we're tied.

Your move, Jersey.
