    Josh Neer chokes out Duane Ludwig at UFC on FX 1

    Neer wins over Ludwig (Tracy Lee for Yahoo! Sports)Josh Neer is 2-0 in his fourth stint with the UFC as he choked Duane Ludwig unconscious in the first round of their bout at UFC on FX 1 at Nashville on Friday.

    After the two clinched for the beginning of the first round, Duane Ludwig came in with several strikes that wobbled Neer, but then Neer answered back with jabs of his own. This patter continued to repeat until Ludwig tried for a takedown. Neer put in a deep guillotine. Ludwig raised his hand to tap, but was out before he even had the chance to tap. The bout was stopped at 3:04 of the first round.

    Neer is 33-10 after this win. He has been in and out of the UFC, but has two straight stoppage wins since rejoining the promotion in October. Ludwig has been on a two-fight win streak, and now is 21-12.

      I must applaud Maggie. Here's a blog that focuses on what the fighters did in the cage, and not on what style of shorts they were wearing, or who had the better walk out music. Just give us the facts, and we'll give you respect.

      #$%$ I had Ludwig picked for this fight and he was whooping Neer's #$%$ until he got chocked the (profane) out. Good win for Neer tho.

      Only 3 people saw it because no one has FX1... This is the major network deal in action?? A channel that is more hard to find than Cofield's balls.

      Fox brass aren't about to put this junk on one of their major network channels after the HW debacle with Cain/JDS.. This is the big major network upgrade that will propel the UFC?? LMAO.. I think the NFL,MLB,NBA,Boxing,X-Games,Tennis,Golf, etc,etc, can rest easy.

      whatever comcast added fx and fx in hd and I liked watching the fights but where was joe rogan ??? joe rogan is who I want doing interviews in the cage after fights PERIOD
