History: One of the World Golf Championship events, the Accenture dates to 1999. The event matches the top 64 players according to the Official World Golf Rankings in five days of knockout play. Sunday features the championship round and also a consolation round for third place. Tiger Woods has won the event three times and Geoff Ogilvy twice, while Paul Casey and Davis Love III have both been runner-up twice.

The TV: Golf Channel 12-6 Wed, 2-6 Thu, 2-6 Fri, 12-2 Sat, 9-1 Sun; NBC 2-6 Sat, 2-6 Sun. (All times Eastern.)

The course: The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Dove Mountain, Tucson, Ariz., a 7,833-yard par 72 ... not that par matters this week.

The field: Everybody who is somebody. You can see the full bracket here, but it includes everyone from Tiger and Phil to Lee and Rory. Chances are, if you like a golfer, he's here in the mix.
