YouTube TV released information on what subscribers to the NFL Sunday Ticket package of out-of-market games can expect when the regular season kicks off next month.

Alphabet, YTTV’s parent company, surprisingly won the rights to the package last winter and will be entering its inaugural season with it.

There’d had been high hopes as to what a tech giant could do with the package, but details regarding the service’s plans were scant – until Wednesday.

Something that may lure hesitant football fans before was the base price ($349) that had to be paid up front. Although a discount was offered until June 6 that lowered it significantly. Now, there is a payment plan available. Additionally, there will eventually be a student plan offered.

YTTV will also add more multiview options. Multiview will allow the viewing of multiple games simultaneously, a feature that began testing during the men’s NCAA Tournament.

Other features including polls and an online chat has been promised. Whether is tempers some of the discontent that could be found on various social media outlets remains to be seen. However, it’s apparent that YTTV has plans to maximize its technology as it relates to its NFL Sunday Ticket presentation.
