WOMEN'S COLLEGE BASKETBALL: DACC loses to John A. Logan
Nov. 8—DANVILLE — The Danville Area Community College women's basketball team had the halftime lead, but could not hold on as the Lady Jaguars lost 62-59 to John A. Logan on Wednesday at Mary Miller Gym.
Keiara Gregory had 25 points to lead the Lady Jaguars, while Jayla Greer had 16, Brianna Hamilton had eight points and Jillisa Briggs added four points.
The Lady Jaguars are 1-1 overall and will take on Kirkwood Community College on Friday to start the Illinois Central College Classic. DACC will then play Milwaukee Area Technical College on Saturday.
