Why is social media buzzing about the Lakers' Kobe Bryant statue outside Crypto.com Arena?
The Los Angeles Lakers' further immortalized basketball legend Kobe Bryant with a statue outside Crypto.com Arena last month.
Only people evidently forgot to use spellcheck.
The statue features several errors in the box score at its base, a box score of Bryant's 81-point against the Toronto Raptors.
Among the mistakes?
Jose Calderon and Von Wafer's names are misspelled on the statue, and there is a Coach's "Decicion" as well as some formatting errors.
Oops.

It seems like Kobe Bryant's statue has misspelled 'Jose Calderon,' 'Von Wafer,' and 'Coach's Decision.' 😬

Social media has fun with Kobe Bryant statue mistakes
"We have been aware of this for a few weeks and are already working to get it corrected soon," a Lakers spokesperson said in a statement on Monday, according to ESPN.
