Where Colorado’s OL unit ranks in the Pac-12 ahead of 2023, per SuperWest Sports
Compared to most other position groups, Colorado’s offensive line retained a good number of players who were either already in Boulder or committed to the program pre-Deion Sanders.
Both tackle Gerad Christian-Lichtenhan, also known as “Tank,” and center Van Wells return as possible starters, Carter Edwards showed enough promise this spring to stick around and after committing to the Buffs last July, former Cherry Creek High School guard Hank Zilinskas awaits his true freshman season.
Meanwhile, notable transfers who joined the Buffs this offseason include Savion Washington, Landon Bebee, Tyler Brown, Reggie Young and Jack Bailey.
SuperWest Sports writer Jack Follman ranked the Pac-12’s preseason OL units and Colorado, unfortunately, sat No. 11 with his projected starting five of Tank, Wells, Bebee, Brown and Washington. Stanford was the only team ranked below the Buffs while Oregon State led the conference.
