Watch: Warriors’ Andrew Wiggins working out with Aaron Gordon, Justise Winslow and Jalen Johnson

Before the Golden State Warriors open training camp for the 2021-22 season, Andrew Wiggins participated in a workout with a trio of fellow NBA players.

Wiggins was recently on the floor with Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon, Los Angeles Clippers forward Justise Winslow and Atlanta Hawks rookie Jalen Johnson.

The four players competed in one-on-one drills with a five-second shot clock. During the training session, Wiggins showed off different moves in his offensive repertoire to get off a shot. The Kansas Jayhawks product displayed some crafty stepbacks.

In his first full campaign with the Warriors, Wiggins averaged 18.6 points on 47.7% shooting from the field and 38% from beyond the arc. The former No. 1 overall pick added 4.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.0 blocks and 0.9 steals in 33.3 minutes per contest.

In 2021-22, Wiggins will have his first opportunity to play alongside a healthy Klay Thompson. Until Thompson makes his long-awaited return from injury to Steve Kerr’s rotation, Wiggins will likely play a key role as a secondary scorer next to Steph Curry.

Golden State’s 2021 training camp is slated to begin on Sep. 28 in San Francisco.
