How to watch San Elizario vs. Boerne in UIL Texas soccer championship

San Elizario will try for its fourth Class 4A UIL state soccer championship when it takes on the Boerne Greyhounds Friday afternoon.

After losing its first three games to bigger schools, the Eagles have run off 23 consecutive victories, giving up three goals combined in those games. They didn't give up any in a 1-0 overtime victory in its state semifinal against Navasota, which they won on a 97th-minute penalty.

When UIL Texas soccer championship start?

San Elizario Eagles kick off against the Boerne Greyhounds at 1:30 p.m. MT/2:30 CT at Georgetown's Birklebach Stadium.

The game will be streamed on the NFHS Network, though a subscription is needed.

About Boerne

The Greyhounds, who are located 30 miles north of San Antonio, are 22-0 after beating Kilgore 1-0 in the UIL state semifinals. They scored the winning goal on a 55-yard free kick with a 25-mile-per-hour wind at their back.
