WATCH: Luke Fickell on his goals for spring practice
The new Wisconsin regime is in the midst of its first spring practice season.
New head coach Luke Fickell isn’t doing a traditional spring game. Instead, he is putting together an event titled “the launch” that will take place in three weeks. Wisconsin fans can get their first look at the team in late April.
As far as the goals for spring? Wisconsin football posted clips of the new head coach talking about how he is approaching the offseason and the rebuilding process.
It all starts with challenging the players in different situations so they are ready for the challenges of the regular season. Here is Fickell in his own words courtesy of Wisconsin football on Twitter:
“We’re going to continue to challenge these guys and push them because we’re going to find out a lot more about them as people that will tell us the success we’ll have in the long run.”
